The website shows the store its open at 9:30 am I checked both sites at the store I wait 1 hour until 10:30 am but still closed I don't know but I have a bad experience with this location I prefer the grand prairie for sure

Burlington Irving Mall provides good quality products and is very convenient for our needed products. We do staging of condos and homes. The manager was so helpful. We were taking our purchases out to the car and he helped me to carry it out. Again thank you

I love shopping at Burlington. You can find anything from condiments to household, clothing to decore everything at amazing price. I always have great experience but this Saturday I was one of the last customers. I had my cart full and did more than $230 worth of shopping. I had no loyalty card and lady at the counter asked if I had one or if i want to sign up for an email for points. I said yes. U accidentally press the button which opt me out of the system. I told her and wanted to do again. She ignored me and even I asked twice she asked me to enter my card. I asked multiple times but she was rude and completely ignored me. I asked her can u check and see if u got my information so I can get my points. She said yeah and then asked me to enter card first. When I did… she gave me receipt and called for next customer by ignoring me again. I realized she finished with me even though I trusted her and I was left with zero explanation or any help. I was among last few (10 to 12) customers. She knew what she did and I was highly disappointed at this behavior. Extremely unprofessional. I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ if I would shop here again.
