Very nice store. Nicer/cleaner than others I have visited. I found everything I was looking for pretty easily. The staff were very friendly and did their best as the lines quickly got out of control. I was able to find what I needed, and some things I didn't need, and able to leave within a reasonable amount of time.

I saw a now hiring sign when i was there last week!
Arcata has a lot of transient traffic and minimal staff. Its probably just so staff do not spend time filling balloons while transients engage in theft while staff is distracted. Could be that they've decided not to accept phone orders because its happened before and nobody picked up the balloons...
They have sometimes wet and wild also. But they go fast. And sometimes they have other higher brands but those go even faster. They get bought then sold online lol
