The gel’s quality is so bad. I did the gel in the morning and in the afternoon, my nail got chipped. The next day, 5 out of the 10 nails got chipped badly. Since I am traveling on my vacation, I can’t go back there to complain and asked them to redo my nail again. This is the second time it happened. i will not come back here ever again.

Update: gave this "establishment" another opportunity but this time it was even worse. Wondering if anyone else has ever been verbally attacked and assaulted by the trans person in charge? (Disclosure: I asked what their preferred pronoun was but they refused to acknowledge the question.) This person verbally attacked me because I asked why they were charging me extra for a service that was not being done. I was called out my name. It is by God's grace that I kept it together and respected the other customers which included a young child. This didn't seem to bother or make any impact on this person's behavior or language. Even after a customer asked for the child to be respected and to hold off on language and any altercation. Another thing I noticed was how seemingly afraid the workers were to say anything during this entire ordeal. Workers rights organizations should definitely look into the work environment.

Always a great visit. The service is high quality and the technicians take there time. I have my preference to others of course. I've been a client now for at least 3 and a half years. I remember when they first opened in the plaza. Lol. I've moved away but still make the travel.
