Is staples closing permanently? No one at the register, had to call the store that has a very long automated system. Someone came up. I turned in 3 cartridges but cashier never asked for my staples reward number. Maybe staples doesn't have rewards anymore? Maybe company is closing?

I managed to ruin one of my two ink cartridges for my printer. Louise at the Watauga Staples showed me the correct amount of tape to remove, and and replaced my ruined cartridge. Such understanding and generosity are rare these days. I will always go to Staples for my printing needs.
