Did Panera on South lakes I have had at least four bad experiences with the meat department re-wrapping me and spoiled meat this has happened to me at least four times at this location and I was wondering if there were experienced people working in the meat department?

Terrible checkout experience. Never would I have thought a cashier would be rude to a customer that had her kid with her. She was asking for help since the self-checkout machine seemed to have not marked the full amount of money she inserted. Yet, the cashier that was in my lane went to her and gave her passive aggressive attitude and comments. The customer was asking for help, why would you give someone a hard time for something that wasn’t even their fault? These machines aren’t the best here at all to begin with. I’m glad the customer did not stand for the cashier’s disrespectful behavior. The worst thing was that the cashier (older lady with gray long hair and glasses) was disrespectful while the customer was with her kid. I have kids of my own, and I would have hated to be treated this way in front of them. What kind of example are these employees setting? I was expecting the lady to place a bad review on here but she didn’t. As a bystander watching this go down earlier today, it felt wrong and will not stand for people being disrespectful. I felt like I needed to share this because I didn’t think something like this would happen at a grocery store -nonetheless.
