On May 5, 2022, I went there at 10:00pm, as I approached the door to go in, noticed that the door was locked, operating hours on the window read 6:00am to 11pm. As 10:00pm was the only time I had to be able to go to the laundromat. If this laundromat is not going to accommodate the customer within the hours specified on the door why is this business there.If a sign reads closing time 11:00 then it should be that not earlier. I left a message at the 800 number I found online for them. Let’s wait and see what response and an excuse I will get, if any.

Yes, last time I used this laundromat, I dropped off my dirty clothes, was given a pickup time and when I came back my clothes were washed, dryed and folded neatly, packed in a plastic bag, ready to be stuffed right back into the cupboard. Coming from Europe, this was even done cheaper than when I do everything myself, back home.
