Very nice theater. I like that you can pick your seats ahead of time, especially when you order on line. No mad rush to try and find a seat. The popcorn with butter is very good!

Three or four punks wouldn't shut up or turn their phones off and wanted to bully the few that tried to stay in our movie. They tried to start a fight with one guy. This theater needs SECURITY people back!! Manager handled the matter as good as he could, he was very nice (he is what the two stars are for). We left half way through the movie ☹️

The movie theatre itself was clean and felt taken care of. However, efficiency at this theatre is something to be desired. Make sure you leave adequate time to make it through the box office and concessions. Both areas had two people working the register and four others standing behind not assisting.

Movie was good, food was okay, drinks were alright, but the volume was extraordinarily loud. Others also complained. After a bit of time the volume was reduced, though as the movie went on it got louder again. So, I asked if the volume could be recuded again. When I went back in it seemed as if the volume was turned up instead. For the remainder of the movie I sat there with my hands covering my ears. Not only I, but others in my group now have a horrible migraine.

Unfortunately no we do not serve alcohol at our location. Franklin Parks theater does have a bar at their location. And there are several other eateries that serve alcohol around us.
Not directly from us but i have heard of some purchasing platinum super savers. Not sure if someone at fed ex sells them but i do know you can find them at Sam's club. You buy them at $8 or so and they pay for a regular adult price up to $11. Give us a call if you have any questions :)

The theater is nicer, but the screen is actually the same. XD is referring to the sound. In that particular theater, they have notice playing more larger speakers on the side walls as well as behind you.

Monday is our senior day, $6.00 all day long. Tuesday's are our discount day. All tickets $5.00 (May exclude special events, 3D XD and holidays)
Check the listing on your phone each movie is different. Because of run times, and in between cleaning. They are also different on weekends from weekdays. So check on your phone or call the theater or movie phone app. Even Cinemark app has run times.
We do not know if we will be showing that film on the 12th. On Monday the 8th after 5pm we will know what films and a good idea of show times. Give us a call then and we will be happy to help you find the closest show.
XD prices are think 2.00 more than regular prices, I would call before going to actually get the right price.
