I just called to set up an appointment and find out how things were pricewise. The woman answered the phone and asked me what type of appointment I wanted to make and I told her and her response was “I’m not taking any appointments right now”. Why ask what kind of appointment someone wants to make when you’re not doing them? When you answer the phone you should say we’re not taking appointments right now are you interested in other kinds of services?

Thank you. I had a fantastic experience. She also has a shop selling all sorts of hair products on the address. Her space is clean, with very welcoming ambience and wall paint. Please note that she is no longer on the Reseda address. She is now in Santa Clarita. Google update should be happening soon, hopefully.
