We took our 2 daughters to see this gym they want too train for boxing the owner made us and our daughters very welcome it was down to earth they trained for a little whyll they like his personality beening real we call it so hopefully we will be training real so at this gym we look around and really like it

Great atmosphere...love the Cardio & Boxing Instructions...its a real feal @ home gym for me You get what you put in no slacking...Great Ring Lots of bags, lots of drills Tony's a great guy Keeps you motivated.....

Yes it helps. I was the same way. I loved it because you burn out all your energy and it just feels good to see yourself getting better.
It is $150 a month. There is a start up/equipment amount when you first sign up
