Yes they allow campers and the rent 350 a month water and electricity are separate

Any trailers for rent through there? Or can you buy a trailer and put it in the lot? How much is lot rent and trash?

Lot rent 325.00 mo you pay electric .o they have a dumbster for trash.

It is $315 per month, and it does include sewer and trash. However, its an additional $10 per animal per month. Just FYI. Friendly safe community. Highly recommended. Sadly, due to a death in the family... I had to move.

They started rent to own last month but I am not sure what if any, they have left

How can I get ahold of the property managers ? I seen that the new trailers have been available and ready for a month but it's been 3 weeks since I applied and still haven't found out anything??
