I won’t lie, it was very frustrating dealing with all of the supply chain related issues and labor shortages. However, the end product is exceptional and worth the wait. Evan Boyd designed a beautiful backyard for us, was great to work with!! Communication was also good along the way. The hard deck folks and Pergola folks were also wonderful. I have friends who went with other suppliers with promises of short install times - they are dealing with nightmare end products. Shasta delivers a top of the market product. Be patient. You will be very happy in the end!!!

We needed to wait our turn because of demand, but once the process began they were very fast and efficient with every phase of the redo of the pool surface. We are very happy with the finished product.

We contracted with Shasta Pools in Feb 2022 to have a pool put in and landscaping. We are now in Aug 2022, 6 months later, and all that has been done is an outline of the pool in spray paint on our back lawn. We've called repeatedly and all we get is the same excuse, that you will read in the other reviews, that the "permit system in Phoenix is delayed". We were told that the pool would be done in Nov 2022. It's hard to believe that our pool and landscaping will be done in 3 months. We went with Shasta because of the long history and we chose to ignore the reviews however now experiencing it first hand I would not recommend them at all. To see absolutely nothing done for 6 months is ridiculous and unacceptable. If "the permit system" was delayed you think they would mention this to their customers beforehand that way when no changes were happening it would have been expected. Last bit of advice, "GO SOMEWHERE ELSE".
