Went to this target to buy this backpack and it was marked on sale and when I brought it up and provided this picture Josephine who was working the register said it was not correct even though I had the picture and one of her colleagues said I can have the discount. Josephine mentioned another customer came up and said that the book bag was priced like that earlier in the day. I came back to buy it and they took the item off of the sales floor. Very disappointed they didn’t want to honor the pricing they had marked considering the clearance sticker was printed 6/13. Plenty of time to correct this error.

On a Positive Note

I’m very disappointed in my experience at Target in Macedonia, OH. When an associate calls on a manager for assistance with a situation they have NEVER experienced & asking for guidance, you’d think that manager would have come to the customer service desk to evaluate and/or help determine a solution. Or offer alternative options if available. In this case, there were alternatives. However, not offered. If this manager was not available, they should have said so, not dismiss the situation and remove yourself from the assistance needed. By the way, the communication was done over radio. The associate was clear, she did not have the answer and could only offer an 800 number. That’s what I get for utilizing the online ordering/pick up options. NEVER again.

This was my first shopping g experience with target. I ordered a product online to pick up the same day at the store. It was so easy to find the item I wanted... decide on pick p or delivery.. pay and ... 2 hours later m item was ready for pick up. At the store... pick p WA fast and friendly customer service! Will definitely use again. Took less then 5 minutes from order to pick up.

Let me just start off by saying the employees at night are rude. I called about the funko pops which were released for the Targetcon and the women in electronics brushed me off. When inquiring about it, she didn't know what I was talking about and told me it would be in my best interest to come to the store instead. I said thank you and she hung up on me rudely.
