What a fantastic change this store has made. There was a young sandy brown-haired lady that used to work here. I came in one day and everyone in the store was very busy moving fast taking care of customers and she was standing in the middle of the floor behind the counter with her arms cross. I asked her if she would help me and she just stared at me and then rode her eyes I said Miss. Would you please help me? She would not respond. I looked over to another worker and they hunched the shoulders and said I will help you ask what was wrong with the other person and they just gently told me it's okay. I will help you. I look past this person to the girl I was initially requesting help from and she gave me double deuces. ( Two middle fingers) I called corporate immediately, spoke to someone and got absolutely no feedback on the situation. Three months later I walk in and I see a beautiful young lady running this store. I think her name is AJ. Every time I come in here she keeps everyone on their game. Everybody looks happy and the orders are getting out fast. This is a true leader. She is respectful. She is kind. She is clear and concise on getting these orders out. What a wonderful asset to this company!

This place is terrible. The staff isn’t welcoming at all. They greet you as if you’re a bother. It doesn’t matter whether your in the drive through or go inside the atmosphere is still the same. I was there last week sitting in drive through waiting to order and I could hear the manager reprimanded the staff through the speaker, I finally place my order get around to the window and everyone looks sad and she was still fussing, I felt bad for the young lady at the window she looked so nervous and was not inviting at all. Oh yeah don’t forget to order something in the drive thru, they won’t allow you to add anything at the window Just allot of negative energy!

Frozen butter pecan coffee for my birthday! I ordered coffee for myself and my boyfriend, and a hot chocolate for my daughter. They gave us the next size up hot chocolate for my daughter! The staff is very friendly and they all had big smiles on, which was wonderful to see.

Don't waste your time! I will continue to go on Turney Rd. this place has terrible customer service, there's a bunch of kids working that and they DO NOT care. When I pay my money I want what I asked for, mini bagels are supposed to be heated and no they just throw them in the bag along with super oily bacon. I will not return I've had one too many problems with this place even when I doordash it. It's a hard NO and I will encourage others to just drive 8 minutes to Turney Rd it's a better experience and you will get what you pay for minus the rudeness
