Staff was friendly. That's the only positive thing I can say. Now to preface this: I work in construction and live in a single wide trailer. This place is an absolute dump. After a pleasant welcome from the staff and checking in, I step onto a very rickety elevator that has a 2 person limit and go to my room. Had to go back to the front desk because the key cards wouldn't work. Finally get into my room and proceed to go through the first 3 stages of grief. 1 Denial: this isn't too terrible... Bathroom door won't latch, dirt and loose change on top of the refrigerator which is leaning at about a 10 degree angle. Rust on the cooktop, rust and peeling paint inside the microwave. All appliances look like they were discontinued 20 years ago. Damage all over the walls from what I assume was furniture being moved or bumped into. The dresser drawers were damaged and wouldn't close right. I toss my backpack on the bed and it wobbles like a seesaw. I look under the bed and the bed legs are uneven by almost 2 inches. One leg has a piece of rolled up cardboard shoved under it in an attempt to even it. Also under the bed are a handful of gummi bears, wrappers and what I think was half a box worth of spilled cocoa crispy cereal. Second stage-Anger: how can any self respecting hospitality business be ok with this. Charging any amount of money to stay here is criminal. Third stage-Bargaining: ok ok it's just one night. I can survive one night. Sheets looked relatively clean until I placed my hand on it and could see stains on the mattress underneath. Maybe I'll sleep on the chair. Stained, and smelled. I then realized I was contemplating just sleeping in my vehicle at that point. Called my supervisor and told him to put me somewhere else. You couldn't pay me to stay here.

Staff was very unprofessional and rude at times. Talking openly amongst themselves about their guests. I was given a three hour notice to leave after booking a month stay due to being a victim of domestic violence. Yet there are broken beer bottles and used needles amongst the parking area. NEVER AGAIN THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE and breakfast they speak of is a hot water coffee and granola bar station. The are no bigger than any other motel even though I was told there was extra storage , (I'm in btwn housing). So rude they locked me out of my room to get my things and I had tobget the police to get them to allow me inside to gather my belongings DON'T STAY HERE Check in nearly a month later never to have heard back from customer service. Never heard back from corporate. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Even the police said AND I QUOTE "NOTHING BUT BAD NEWS OVER HERE" and laughed.

The room was OK, the bed was small, the breakfast that was suppose to be a grab and go was just coffee, tea and oatmeal, smh, it was too hot for that. The location however is good because there are alot of restaurants to grab something to eat.

Staff was pleasant enough and ensured breakfast and coffee were set out before closing the front desk for the night. Laundry room was so great to have while staying here during part of my son's hospital stay at Cleveland Clinic. And they sell individual size Tide. The fridge, stove, etc in my room were cold and clean. The room was clean. The bathtub had a fair sized leak which I could hear even over the TV until I closed bathroom door, but I'm just glad it's not my water bill. Location close to gas stations, fast food, restaurants, freeway. Bed was very comfortable.
