Perfect experience! I’ve rented an economic car in emergency the day of pick up. At the desk I’ve asked if it was possible to upgrade category, what was possible. So I finally had a super cool Dodge Charger R/T for +150$ (Thanks again to the employee that recommand the car). I fully recommand this rental agency!

this place has no customer service they gave me a dirty car on top of that made me wait over 2 hours no parking .Manager was so rude she hung up on me. She told me my rental was covered for two weeks never explain to me if my car was ready before that it would not be covered! They have no communication never send me my receipt via email like they said they would! Would not give me my information! Also the rental place tells me one thing and the dealer another you guys need more communication! I was told by the dealer to leave the rental there then I’m told by the so-called manager I need to bring it but she told me I was good for two weeks!! I constantly kept calling to see exactly when I had to turn it in so I wouldn’t have to pay out-of-pocket and they lied to me I don’t understand how this is fair!! Also yes my fault I should have checked the key they marked the tank was full and it was not full my fault for being in a rush trying to leave with my infant

Do NOT rent car here. Check in is extremely slow and car is really dirty.
