This place is amazing! My mom was really sad to leave her home and we weren’t sure if we were making the right decision but now after living here for 4 months she has no desire to go back! The employees and residents are the kindest people I have ever met and the food is amazing. It’s like a cruise ship on land! When I walk in to visit, it feels like Cheers where everybody know your name. I can’t say enough about the Park!

My father was one of the very first residents at the Park, and he absolutely loves it! It’s like resort living - beautiful grounds and facility, with many amenities for residents to keep active, and a very attentive staff. He has recommended the Park to several people at his former senior residence, and they also have moved to the Park. My father has made a lot of new friends, and has even taken up bridge! The Park has been the best place for my father!

I was searching for a special place to relocate my parents to in Modesto, and several people I know recommended The Park. I went for a tour and was so impressed that I had them come to Modesto right away for a visit. They loved it! From our first encounter to moving day and to after move experiences we have been completely impressed. The staff and residents are so friendly, kind, and helpful. We worked with Colette and Sherry to get the apartment and take care of the paperwork. They were both very professional and patient. The food is absolutely fantastic, better than most restaurants in Modesto, everything is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We are so happy with out choice and completely confident to recommend The Park!
