We implement rigorous practices in our kitchens to prevent the potential spread of germs, including, small group trainings to reinforce good manufacturing practices, paying special attention to effective hand washing, using personal protective equipment to prevent contamination (gloves, masks, and face shields), and ensuring strict adherence to all rules and policies – including enforcement of social distancing. Additionally, we have invested in hiring a professional deep cleaning and disinfecting team to come clean our kitchens. Supporting our team and keeping our community safe is also of critical importance to us so we extended paid sick leave to encourage anyone to stay home if feeling sick in any way. We are also in close touch with our vendors about their sanitation & safety procedures. We are constantly tracking recommendations from the CDC, FDA, and from local health organizations to make sure our practices are safe and up-to-date.
