The store staff make rei great. They are extremely friendly and helpful. For stars because rei is expensive!

Tomash from the camping section went above and beyond! I came in because the gasket for my camp stove was acting up and I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it. Tomash came out to my car and tested it out for me, literally on his hands and knees in the parking lot. After testing it, he wasn’t quite sure what the issue was, so I decided to get a small backpacking stove just to be safe, and he helped me pick it out. My hero! I’d also like to shout out the person working in customer service (I didn’t get their name) for their help too! Visit on 9/2.

Woof. Staff were not helpful or kind. Hate to see people who are burned out and don’t like customer service in the industry. Wish they had something for kids to do. Would NOT return. Love REI normally 😊

Super unhelpful staff. If you can find anyone to help you, they don't know what they're doing, then you have to explain their job to them. Meh. It's a clothing store with limited selection. It's no longer the outdoor store it used to be. And it's all fairly overpriced.

I have no idea
Yes
You can drop them off. They aren't too busy right now
Yes. Be prepared to wait in line outside as they are limiting the amount of people in the store, and wear a mask.
40 to 90 depending on which particular style
Assuming you want fire resistant clothing. I've never seen it there unless they hide it in a special order type of deal
They will hold items for I think 10 days.
They pay it out once a year in March. You will get a email
Depends on what state you liclve in. They have a website you can review
