People should be fired for giving away business to your competition before even asking what I need or if there's a sale to be made. Coming from a salesperson and entrepreneur I feel bad for the owners who don't teach their customer facing staff. One small helpful task could create a large future customer.

I bought a fairly expensive home gym from these guys late last year. About the time I received it I started p.t. and didn't begin to use the unit until now. The leg extension/curl apparatus turned out to not have a good range of motion and sucked to change over from extension to curl and is non-ergonomic in design. The other exercise stations work great. I told Julian about my concern. In my case, he is giving me my money back against a better system, no restock charges. He understands that i am in recovery and haven't used it. Plus, I'm retired and on a fixed income.. I can't even describe how pleased I am with their service. He has gone above and beyond. I'm excited and optimistic to get my new system in. Thank you Gym outfitters.

Purchased a TuffStuff bench from them. Part of the sale was them promoting TuffStuff's in home lifetime warranty. After a few uses the leg developer attachment broke on a weld. Contacted Gym Outfitters who was very dismissive and rude about the situation. Contacted TuffStuff who said contact Gym Outfitters. Expensive piece of equipment that is now useless, just like the promoted warranty. Although they deny it here they have a clear record of our purchase, and other than challenging them on their ethical business responsibility, there has been no harrassment on my part. Beware of this dealer.

I recently bought a treadmill from Gym Outfitters. I worked with Suhrob, but also had interaction with the owner and front desk staff. They were all very kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had considered buying a treadmill online since I was interested in something used, but didn’t feel comfortable with my knowledge level of equipment or knowing what would be best for my studios usage. I appreciated Gym Outfitters knowledge and their ability to help me select something that would be appropriate for what I needed. I felt like I got a good deal on a great commercial unit that will last me for years. They were also great to work with on delivery. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the market for new or used fitness equipment.
