Had the vacuum system installed in our house which we just moved into in October. Yesterday, the hose broke and couldn’t finish vacuuming. So, I dropped in today at Coltrin’s showroom and was very impressed with Zac’s (Zac Coltrin) customer service. They really stand by their product and warranties!! Glad we have their system and highly recommend it. 5 stars!!

Our first positive experience with Coltrin Vacuums was meeting Zac. He showed us our options and we chose the in wall system. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. On the day of the installation, we met Corbyn and Andre. Both of these men were very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and extremely good at their jobs. It was such a pleasure to do business with them. After the installation Corbyn explained and showed us how the vacuum system worked. He was very thorough. Corbyn even made an after hours stop back to our house to put a different color plate on. We appreciate Corbyn going above and beyond and out of his way! Corbyn and Andre were superior with our vacuum installation. If you want cleaner floors, a cleaner house and not breathing recycled dust… Definitely go to Coltrin Vacuums and get their system! A+++ Thank you so much for everything!

We moved into this house in July. I was thrilled that it came with a Coltrin Central Vacuum System. It had been installed many years ago, so just recently the motor went out. The gentleman that came to service our system was prompt, professional and wore a mask the whole time. Couldn't have asked for better service or professional work. Thank you so much!!
