JCPenney is the new Walmart. Only 1 register open for the whole store and they left all the ink tags on my clothes. 20 people in line at a time abd the employees don't move with any purpose...trying to hock credit cards and taking their time. Line wait is about 30+ mins. Order online. This place is ridiculous.

Its sad they won't honor online prices. The leggings I wanted with a discount were $15 online, $28 in the store. Then, to have ship to store is now a $4 fee. I bet they grab the leggings from upstairs and bring them down to bag for pick up. I still paid less than the in store price, but its sad to see retailers still worrying about the all mighty dollar than the customer. I get it. However, friendly staff and clean place. Huge selection on many items

Haven’t been in Pennys for years. A lot of clothes. Tons of clearance items. Though clearance pricing is right in line with TJMaxx or Marshall’s regular pricing.
