Publix Super Market at Salem Road Station

I ordered sub sandwiches online. Got to this Publix and they weren't started walked around came back to the deli still wasn't started then waited in line to see when they are going to be done. They haven't started the food and had other peoples food that they haven't started so after an hour of waiting they never came out and we left worst Publix ever. The staff looked lost no chicken, wings nothing coming out. This Publix lost my business. Please avoid this Publix like the monkeypox. No management no employees and no customer service.

Customer service is awful, management included, at least the deli manager. Placed a big order to pick up, never had it ready. They started to cook it when we showed up. That was the whole reason I placed an order in advance. Had to have people waiting for the food.

Customer service something with his greatly appreciated By all customers but I can’t say that I was able to enjoy the typical Publix customer service I am accustomed to when patronizing this establishment at this particular location Specifically. This location was understaffed and Customer Service was absolutely Lacking compared to other locations I’ve been to around the Georgia area. This needs to improve otherwise I will be taking my business elsewhere!

A little more expensive than Kroger but make good fried chicken. Excellent deli sandwiches made to your preference. Try their carrot cake from bakery some of the best I have ever tasted.
