Do NOT let this place fool you. They are crooked people. I moved out of state, was not allowed to cancel over the phone, had to find a location near me which was not doable for a long time, they were still charging me every month even though I was not being treated. Finally was able to get to another location in my current state and cancel. That location let me know I should get a refund for the months I had not been seen at all. Covington on the other was instantly combative about a refund, refused to issue one, and will blame you. When someone of the same company name is saying they should do the right thing and issue a refund and they don't, it just shows how little they actually care about customer service. Payment taken for services not rendered. Great business plan.

Dr. Wes is absolutely great. The crew up front is always very nice and helpful. I never have to wait very long. It genuinely helps me especially when I work two physical jobs. I definitely recommend the Covington location.

This place was fantastic! The front desk lady was super friendly and helped us out by answering all our questions and getting us set up. I saw Dr. John today and he was great . He listened to me on all my concerns and gave me information to help me out along with providing an adjustment. I have never had my neck pop like that! My main reason for going was for lower back and hip pain, after just the one visit I feel relief . I will definitely be a regular and follow what is recommended for me as far as care. I would advise everyone give them a shot !

The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.
We make it easy to receive chiropractic adjustments on your terms. We offer a wide range of care options including a walk-in price, flexible packages, and a discounted Wellness Plan. You do not have to sign a contract in order to drop by The Joint Chiropractic and receive care.
We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
