It was my first time eating here and it was just ok the meat was did have any seasoning in it and my bread was soggy. The fries and strawberry milk shake was great but the burger was just ok for 48$ worth of food it was not worth it but the customer service was great

We had to ask for a refund after waiting over 30 minutes for our food to be packaged. I paid $28.. 10 orders went out before mine was ready and I saw my burger sitting there for 10+ minutes unwrapped before they bagged it. Had to ask over 2x what’s going on with my order because EVERY customer after me already got their food. We did not complain while waiting and nothing on our part warranted the disgusting attitude given. I saw multiple employees reusing the same gloves after touching cross contaminating foods, not washing hands after touching trash can and cleaning. Finally after asking for a refund, one of the girls at the counter who did our refund snatched the bag out of our hands, and trust me we wasn’t trying to keep it, and didn’t even give me the full amount of cash that I paid, I’m short $2 tip I gave. The customer service received was rude, unhygienic and unprofessional for a 5 Guys establishment. This was a horrible first experience at this location, my family waited 30+ minutes, witnessed food safety violations, had the bag snatched out of our hands from the cashier and ripped off $2.

I have never had a disappointing experience at this location. I usually call ahead so that my wait time is minimal when I arrive. My order is usually perfect with the exception of a little too much salt on fries on a few occasions. The staff work fast and are quick at getting orders in and out. I have been to Five Guys around the country and I am proud to say that this location is consistently on point!
