I know I'm late but I told Sam I would give her a review for being kind to my mother who is elderly. Very, very helpful

Why did the hrs change in the first place? It's absolutely insane to close at 5 pm on the weekends not to mention 6 M-F. How is someone that works full time plus ot on the weekends suppose to access their belongings without missing work?

No idea why they would do that. They told us it was winter hours. We are not happy with the change.

How come I can't have access through the gate on.Thanksgiving ! I pay alot of money monthly for this unit. Not having access on thanksgiving or any other holiday makes absolutely no sense.

I agree. Maybe holidays is when people are off so why deny access? They also recently changed the hours of gate entry to only when the office is open instead of 9pm. This along with the fact you cant use the dumpsters or recycling truly makes the amount of money spent on these units pointless. The convenience of having your stuff somewhere else is there, but they make it inconvenient to ever deal with your storage again once you move it in yet they make sure to raise your rent every 6 months.
