This location consistently misses at least one thing with our order. In tonight’s case, or sandwiches were missing toppings and were cold, fries weren’t salty at all, and they didn’t give us napkins or dipping sauces. The new strawberry frosty and melon lemonade are good though. Just wish they were with a less mediocre meal. Just go to the Northgate location. They’re not too far away and are much better

Love the food but I have never received my taco salad complete. I am missing at least 1 item every single time I order it. 😕

I'm not sure who run the show here, but the blonde that served me today with the grey shirt on, should be the one if she isn't already. Fastest service I've ever seen from Wendy's, and she was super pleasant and happy, Wendy's in SLC don't compare to this one and I truly believe its because of her. Thank you! Whoever you are.

I always enjoy this Wendy's location, they are always friendly, fast, and efficient. They are the most busy since the interstate exit is right here, but even busy they do a great job. I suggest it to anyone for a quick snack or even lunch/dinner. The chicken nuggets is the greatest reason to eat at Wendy's better than any nuggets in Idaho falls! But all their food is good.
