I had inquired about selling a piece of furniture and the gentleman who answered the phone was very short and rude with me before I could ask him any questions. All I said to him is that I was looking to sell a piece of furniture and was wondering what the process was he stated "we are short staffed and can't pick it up today." I explained I wasn't looking for them to pick it up today but was in fact just looking for information first, I even explained that I would pay for a U haul to bring it to them. He than asked what I was asking for in price and when I said I wanted just 50% of what I paid he cut me off and said "We can't help you." Their website says they are family owned and friendly and are happy to help, but this gentleman was not.

I went in today to sell a medical bed and this guy tells me to take pictures. I get home and take the pictures and call him back. He tells me he doesn’t buy medical beds. He said he thought I said Executive desk. How in the hell does medical bed sound like executive desk. I normally don’t deal with these type of people and will definitely avoid this type of business in the future.

As it’s been previously stated, this place is absolutely ridiculous. Expensive items and rude staff. Don’t you need happy customers to stay alive?Micayla, we are terribly sorry to read this feedback. We feel our prices reflect the quality of items we sell. We hope you will give us another shot.
