Bought an alternator it was a remanufactured there is a defect with it took it back they looked at it tried to see if they could be fixed they ordered another one went to pick it up the next day and they had decided to give us the next step up wanted to pay the difference and they told us to free upgrade they're always amazing in there I get stuff there quite a bit always helpful
