The worst online shop ever. - They cannot deliver the already paid and confirmed order, because of „technical problems.“ - It took 6 days to get my money back. - They do not respond to questions, except repeating „We are sorry… We are sorry“. - They could not come up with any valid explanation why they could not deliver the product which I ordered and paid already and which they confirmed 5 days ago. - They were also not able to explain why they charged my creditcard for an item that they cannot deliver, because it was already out of stock.

I ordered a 3 oz. tin of Keemum Snail which I discarded because, while the tea was good, I found three dark hairs in the tin. Poor quality control?

“Victorian London Fog” keeps me warm and cozy during cool October evenings. I never thought that I’d say something nice about vanilla+lavender specially when they are in my tea...but here it is, the perfect combination! :)
