The website did not mention this and we were not told this when paying and entering. Playtime and coffee shop enjoyment for parents and for kids is on an hour long. After an hour they will come tell you that you need to leave or you can pay again to stay. If your a member apparently you get to play for two hours. For us I was a little put off that the place was way over crowded and nobody wearing masks when we got there. we waited in coffee shop for about 30-40min for a lot of the roudy big kids to clear out of the play yard/area.... and just as my son was coming out of his shell and playing we were told we had to leave... even if we had been in play area only 20min it did not matter as it had been an hour since we payed and therefore our time was up and we had to go or pay again. Key point here is your hour of enjoyment literal starts when you sign the release and pay the money...not when you enter play area. At this point not sure I'll go again. I was a little. uncomfortable with the amount of kids and adults let in all at one time such that it made it hard for a little guy to actually play and interact without getting knocked over....and again if you wait for ppl to clear out then your time will be up.

It’s really nice all the time and effort the owners put into this. At first I thought it was a little expensive, but after we went in and played with our 2 littles it was great. I think the way for your kids to have the best time is to play with them. Some kids playing alone are clearly a bit sad and trying to find others kids to play with. The cafe idea is nice, but I would recommend watching your kids. Of come in a group and take turns. There are so many options and educational toys/room themes there it is really awesome for kids.

The place looked nice, and for the majority of the visit it was. But I brought my granddaughter who is 2, there was a older kid looked like 10 or older. He was wearing a mask scaring children, I didn't see a parent and I ask him to please not do that, he walked away but can back by my granddaughter. So we just left at that point. I wished they had a menu to order food/drinks off also.
