Churchtown Dairy

I'm 63 and have mobility issues due to arthritis. There is a pea pebble walkway into the store that shifts under my feet and I find it a real chore to walk on. I don't feel stable on it and it hurts to have to work so hard. Also, it is a self checkout store where they have an i-Pad with a special program for processing and recording purchase and payment and it's not as intuitive or user friendly as it could be. I've screwed up recording my payments a few times and just had to walk away and hope for the best. If you need help there is often help around but often it takes hollering "Hello?" to get someone's attention. I see some growth opportunity there in the area of being customer focused and greater accessibility awareness. I've asked for what I need and generally get it, but there's a learning curve there for them coming to realize we shouldn't have to go to such effort to get help or accessibility. That said I very much appreciate the dairy, the gifted people there.
