Being there is never an employee there, owner needs to start leaving out cleaning equipment such (broom/dustpan/mop). Place is always a mess trash and spills from machines. I am sure customers would clean up if stuff was left to clean up with.

The coin machine was not working I put in five dollars and it said out of service and kept my money. There was nobody there on site. Also when I put in money for detergent it gave me the wrong one.

There are almost more broken washers than working ones. The ones that do work barely work, (one washer sounds like a 747 plane landing, when it's on the spin cycle). I've been going here for years and it used to be a great place to do large loads, Etc. Now there are alot of aggressive homeless people, it's very sad but also scary as you can't be quite sure of their current mental state. While I was there last time one man put his muddy, filthy seemingly toxic boots in a dryer without washing them first, really gross. 🤢 I've helped several homeless people there with soap as well as money for loads in the past. It just seems much worse the last couple of visits.....

Parking lot is in the back. Plenty of washers, they have single load, 20lb, 40lb,60lb washers. The 20lbs washers are $2.25, the single load are $1.75. It was very dusty, but not dirty.
