Stayed here 2 weeks ago, after having surgery. Made a reservation online, then called the morning of, to reserve a handicap room. I was told there are no handicap rooms. We we got here the fridge was unplugged, even though the room was reserved the day prior. The blow dryer was taken out. The tub clogged when I showered. My mom was grossed out, so she didn't even get to shower! I called the front desk, and he was sending over housekeeping for my plumbing problem, because that makes sense. When my mom went to check out we noticed a sign that was posted. The health department just re-opened!!!! I paid just over $100 for this room, not worth it!

Well you could bring your own reusable bag, but as far as reusable bags in the rooms, no they still use single use plastic trash bags etc.
If something is supposed to be free for a week and you can prove it then it's free. Best it be that you call The Valley in or check with Trivago And see if they have a special rate for you.
And
That room might be the suite.
If i remember right. Push menu or guide on remote, but make sure remote is on cable
