When we come into town we love to stop at B&B. We walked in today . Wasn’t greeted what so ever. Waited at the counter. I get that it’s busy but at least greet! Ordered frozen drinks got watered down drinks! Come on!!

I came in and ordered a caramel frappe and she gave me a caramel cielo. I ask politely if she could make it again and she said it was a caramel frappe. As a beans and brew employee I know what the differences are from the two drinks.

I ordered an iced dirty chai with 3 shots. When I got to the window they confirmed hot with me and I said no iced. Clearly they made my drink hot and then poured it over ice. I’ve never had a worse cup of coffee in my entire life. I am a barista and avid coffee drinker so I am no easily fooled. This photo was taken 5 minutes after I received my coffee iced completely melted. And I payed $10 for this! Disgusting

Yes - we have 100% plant based food items such as avocado toast, the B-Meat-Free breakfast sandwich, and our veggie breakfast burrito. We have a wide variety of dairy-free drinks, and we offer oat milk, almond milk, soy milk, and coconut milk as a substitution/addition for most drinks.
We follow all local Health Department guidelines, including: employees wear masks at all times, enhanced cleaning procedures, and cash handling and food/drink prep being performed by designated employees.
