The only reason I gave it one star is that I can't give it zero stars. The room was in disrepair: Holes in the wall, poorly patched ceiling, no TV channel guide, shower head was rusty, questionable cleanliness. We did not stay for breakfast. We left as soon as we got up and packed. I was very disappointed that Choice Hotels would even offer this location as an option. I have grown to trust the quality of Choice Hotels selections. Surprising that we had this experience.

This is probably the closest I've ever come to a hotel with a sheet deposit! They have a price sheet for various items they charge for if they're missing. Also other costs for trashing the room. Interesting since the carpet had plenty of cigarette burns in it! They offer a free breakfast. When we went, pretty dismal offering. We skipped it our second day and went to a restaurant. If you're looking for lowest price, this is the place. It was quiet and the AC worked well. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Fair price. I read other reviews. Don't understand their complaints. Sure the room is dated, so is my house. We are very happy with our room. Will stay again next time we are in town. Location next to Pinecrest Golf Course is a plus.

Our first room was not cleaned and did not even have a peep hole (it was poked out and completely see through). The front desk people are friendly and swapped our room to the one next to it, which was cleaned. The deadbolt did not lock on the front door nor to the adjoining room (the one we were just moved from) and we felt immensely uncomfortable. We went to find another place to stay.
