The owner Eric is nice and very professional. The rest of the crew, not so much. The young guy with the long blonde hair played and goofed around the entire move, like a child. I was charged for 2 hours, even though it was a one hour job. They literally only went 11 mins into the second hour. Even their drive to the second location took forever. They definitely intentionally tried to drag the time out. I didn’t argue though, I just made a mental note not to use them or refer them ever again.

These guys are terrible. They moved everything by hand. I had to provide them with a dolly to move our items. They said they only do stuff by hand. They claimed they don't use a dolly because it's tough to go up stairs. We had 3 outside and …Mike, our customers are very important to us and we are sorry to hear we may have let you down!
