Fred Alverson reupholstered a leather chair for me. It's a family heirloom that resides at a vacation home that all the family uses. The 'old' chair was so comfortable as to be legendary among all of us. When one of us refers to "The Chair", we all know which chair. After Mr. Alverson's work, the 'new' chair is magnificent. The quality of the workmanship is top notch. Despite all new leather, "The Chair" is as comfortable as before it was reupholstered. It retains the wonderful character of a decades-old favorite chair, but now it looks new. "The Chair" is ready for another 50 years of service to my family, including arguments over who gets to sit in it for the evening's movie or ball game or TV show. Thank you, Mr. Alverson, for taking such great care of a family treasure.
