DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENT MEANS NOTHING. We made appointment, signed in and they took people without appointment after telling them , appointment only we contacted to wait for another 20 minutes, then they came and randomly took the walk ins as we sat there not organized at all, . I don't know if it's government funding. But I'm going to call every known problem solver, and see that what happened to us will never happen again

Wow. 2 walk-ins were taken before me. This one lady was sitting here waiting for a cancellation and still taken before me. I should had just walk-in. But then again I was turned away last week with the whole you gotta have an appointment thing. A bit baffled here.

The first and last time I went to this place, no one was at the reception and there was just a tablet there to check in. After waiting for an hour, they told me I can't have my test done because I had a child with me. Why couldn't they have told me that 15 mins in when they verified my info? The manager here has an attitude problem too. When I confronted them about having me wait for nothing, they said they are a corporation... like that gives them a right to treat people poorly and rudely. Unbelievable! this is the worst Quest I've been to and I am willing to drive all the way to Modesto after this encounter. Avoid this place!
