Dawn dish soap will kill the fleas but make sure you start around the neck put a ring of soap around the neck so the fleas s don't go to the head. Then we mix rosemary oil and coconut oil together and rub it on the dog.
Go to the Stanislaus Animal Shelter they mite do it for free
