The two young ladies of whom I had the pleasure of waiting on me and helping me were WONDERFUL! I've worked retail for over 20yrs. Most time at limited too/justice. Unfortunately due to online returns (& covid didn't help) I never thought I'd see the day we all shut our doors. These two employees at this location and store were such rays of sunshine and willing to help& listen to questions...if I still was a manager...I would've definitely tried recruiting them! Way to go girls. Great customer service...that in all due respect, one would more than likely NOT FIND OR GET at another local vape shop...hint- "🦑 Vape". Not the pt ppl either...🤨its amazing how ppl can own and or run a business...yet they act as if they have no customer service GENUINE ppl skills. YOU'LL DEFINITELY SEE GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE if u go to "NEW AIR-A"!

Customer Service was 100%, the woman was very kind, was able to help me find everything I needed and was very knowledgeable with the products she was selling me. The vape juices were great there is a huge selection to choose from and same goes with their puff bars. I would highly recommend going here! :)
