I had an appointment scheduled today, they claimed they called to reschedule because the doctor got held up in surgery. Of course, I have no missed calls. Driving over from Visalia so it was a headache. Would not let me wait until he got there, had to reschedule. I have been waiting for this appointment for several weeks. It takes 40 minutes to get through to a person when you call. The guy at the front desk checking people in and out and discussing the doctor's schedule is catty and rude. The staff call radiotherapy baby and honey and are awkwardly handsy. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately I'm stuck with this clinic hopefully the doctor is better than the staff. I saw a response on another complaint that said the doctor will allow the patient to wait so they don't miss their appointment same day. We begged to wait and they told me no... obviously that is false.

Dr us great when you can see him. Office staff very rude. Expect to be waiting 1 hour after your scheduled appointment time to be seen. Dr would get 5 stars if ran on time front office staff on best day 3 stars...

The truth was that they were very kind, like the lady, and the doctor gave me all his attention when explaining my problem and resolved all my doubts.
