I was making calls to find a nail salon for my disabled stepmother, and called here (Antuans) after a friend referred me. At first, everything was going smooth. The young "lady" on the other end answered all my questions, until I politely asked what her name was. The response? "Ummm, my name is MEEE? (Yes, with an inflection) You can call around the time and I'll let you know if we're busy or not. " I know it's kinda "Karen-y"- but you're literally in the SERVICE industry and apparently possess ZERO people skills. Rude. Won't even let my mom go in now.

The man who did my nails did not pay attention to what he was doing.. he was d and it was annoying and sloppy. For the prices I would expect better service.
