Do not do the go cart curbside. No one will answer the phone. Had to go in and get a manager. Seriously 40 minutes after the order should have been ready. Then the order was not complete. I do online orders from other stores and have NEVER had an experience like this.

Food City allowed the Shriners to sell there Shriners news papers, Thursday,Friday and Saturday this is how money is raised to help them get any surgery that they may need.

Not one of the best FC but Loudon don't have any competition. Deli good especially workers. Ask Manager 2 years ago to try to get OldFarmersHam, failed. Also,had been buying special 5for$20. All of a sudden no bacon in special. Ask meat mgr why? Stated Smithfield had sold out to another company & their products would not be avaiable. Therefore. I called Smithfield who stated untrue. I feel FC choose to fo this. WHY? I hate layers so l guess you get my drift. Still no oldFarmers ham nor Smithfield bacon so most of the time, l choose elsewhere to shop. Oh, also gave gotten bad watermelons& cantaloupe in season. Yes, l returned them. If they don't care to sell them I don't care to return them. Their policy is my policy too.

Apparently, all they employ are teenagers with bad attitudes. They are all over the place in that store. They never have any registers open unless they’re slammed. The managers think they’re too good to do any work. You can walk by the ‘employee’ at the self checkout counter and she’ll look right at you and not say a word as you’re leaving. Some will say ‘have a good day’ to certain people but look right past you. It’s ridiculous.
