Derailer broke. They quoted around $60 for the new with installation, plus $30 for brake replacement. On pickup, I am given a bill for $195 and told axel broke and they needed to replace the wheel, too (?? Why not just axel). No calls, no warning, no old broken axel shown - just that: pay up double (discounted $40 after a scandal) Avoid it if possible.

Super awesome team - I've been coming here for years, since the humble days. Today I decided it was time to buy a new bike - I was met with Dan and his wealth of knowledge and helped steer me in the right direction. Of course I had to pay more to get a bike today, but he helped me cross the line, set up the suspension for me, and away I rode. Thanks guys!
