I was there yesterday because my Honda CR-V was overheating. I walked in there and asked for assistance and this associate, Gio, came out and helped out. Then I went inside to borrow a pair of pliers and the other associate, Mundo, let me use a pair of pliers to re-tighten a hose clamp which helped me get back to my house. Kudos to both of you guys, Gio and Mundo, for not ignoring your customers even when they're not purchasing anything.
