Very frustrating regard to oil change service. I drove there twice for oil change and couldn’t get it. First, turned me back because of appointment although I called them but no one responded. Second, have short of stuff. Even though with appointment the waiting time three hours. Wasting time only guys!!

You might want to re-think how your service department answers calls?? Today I called at exactly 7:49am with a female that answered where I was trying to see if I could be seen today due to my air conditioner not working on a Honda Accord 2017 which has never happened before. The service member female stated their booked out 2 weeks. I said okay can I still bring in my car to have someone look at my back drivers side tire because it is squealing this female stated no. I said I’m confused because I called exactly 3 weeks ago and asked if I needed an appointment to have this squealing checked and the man on the phone stated just bring it in when you can. I can’t afford to not work. Even though I just worked nights I was hoping to get my tired looked at. The female stated that doesn’t sound right because for the past 3 months it’s changed to where you have to make an appointment then the female service person asked for the man’s name I talked to… I could not recall his name from 3 weeks ago. She behaved as though that was more important of knowing who stated this to me like I was lying. It’s simple service department just because you changed how you do your schedule doesn’t mean take ur frustration out on me who now has an appointment in Tracy Honda on Monday only a week out for the same problem. Learn to be more professional when talking to a customer. It’s no that hard to do. I’ve never had a problem with Tracy Honda ever but because I moved to Modesto I started going to Mistlin Honda now because of how I was talked to I prefer to drive all the way to Tracy Honda then be talked to like an idiot. Thank you for reminding me why I will continue to never go to your service department for anything ever. The female, no I don’t recall your name., but you did answer my call at exactly 7:49 am please learn some manners. Customers shouldn’t be talked to like that just because you changed your service departments hours and how you won’t allow any walk in’s based on what I was told just 3 weeks ago. Have a great day and thank you for nothing.

I was hoping they would help me with a difficult situation that I had to deal with where another Honda repair shop didn't fix an issue I had. I feel like different Honda repair shops should be able to work with each other and with me but Mistlin only said they would charge me like normal and I'd have to deal with any rebate or refund with the previous Honda location, which was in Oklahoma (became I was on a road trip). I did give them 2 stars because they were willing to accept my car at a weird time and look at it the next day, but when they insisted on charging me the diagnostic fee, I didn't feel like they were really willing to work with me.

You can get that code from the parts department free of charge. Just provide proof of ownership and the serial number of the radio and they'll give you the unlock code.

They work with body shop out side the Honda dealer so you can look for one yourself

Customer service at Modesto Mistlin Honda is awesome. I have utilized their services for two years now and will continue to do so. Every department is full of friendly, helpful employees.
If your car is under factory warranty road side assistance comes standard. You should have a phone number in the owners manual.
