HORRIBLE! They're completely swamped, ALWAYS..went 3 times in 3 days and there was over an hour wait each time. The girls behind the desk were less than happy. I found Quest Labs so much better, cleaner, more professional. Don't bother with this place.

The wait is consistently terrible. Always more than an hour if you come after 10 or so. I went one time with a 1 year old and we waited 2 hours for baby's blood draw. Was a nightmare. I have never had a problem with the staff. They have always been friendly. If anything they are probably heavily overworked
