Marketing and Sales department is prompt and helpful but they do have high markup/market adjustment. Many of the other Toyota dealers have gone back to not charging a single penny for market adjustment as the situation has already improved. Recommended only if you are in urgent need to buy a car and willing to dole out the high markups.

They sold me a dirty car. Sell agent and car were okay. I bought a car 2 days ago. They told me bring the car back next day because it needed to be detailed. I brought the car next day and the guy laughed at me and told me they were busy and I needed to make an appointment and bring it another day. Not worth it anymore because driving to Livermore Toyota takes an 1 hour. When I bought the car I was told just to bring the car back. Nobody told me to make an appointment or come at an specific time of the day. It is frustrating because I just spent +36k for a dirty car. Update: I talked to them and they only offer me 2 car washes. I also emailed manager Peter Han and of course I got not reply.

These guys are the definition of aggressive and unprofessional. I left one message because I had a question about the milage on a particular vehicle. For the next week Monica called me multiple times (sometimes 2-3 times per day) and emailed several times as well. I always let it go to voicemail. I asked her to stop via email. I also unsubscribed from their emails multiple times. Contact remained. After another email a week later from a guy named Anthony (the online specialist) I called him directly and asked for them to take me off of their email list and also mentioned that I had unsubscribed multiple times. There was no apology, only "Let me ask... what did you buy? How much was it?, etc...). When I called him out on it he literally started mocking me "take me off of your list, stop calling me, etc...." I hung up and called the dealership back and spoke to one of the sales managers. To his credit, he heard me out and said he would deal with it. He said the conversations were recorded and I hope they were. If you want your phone and email inbox to explode, be treated rudely by salespeople, and come away feeling disgusted, go ahead and contact Livermore Toyota.

Of course
1) Check "LEMON CAR" record, where it was once in a car accident for sure. (Usually big car dealers don't sell lemon car), 2) ask the dealers for car's history, 3) take a friend who has knowledge in car, or 4) get a new car. It should be crash free. ( if that's an option) (Hopefully I got you right, due to poor Google translation.)
Close when the deal is done
