Due to issues getting my package from Germany this was more then TWO months of waiting. Driver never knocked on the door but left note outside porch door on the steps! UPS allowed me to stop by the facility after hours and pick it up. The woman that helped had no heads up on it but she was FANTASTIC!!!

Unfortunate that their pickup hours only span from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM and then again from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM. 90 minutes is not much of a window to have a customer desk open (and they're not open Saturday at all), and the hours are broken up weirdly. I'd recommend going during the later 30 minute slot when their drivers are back with their packages or they may not have yours in yet if you're going on the same day delivery was attempted. This is the only nearby service location in the immediate area as well. Other than that, this place is invaluable as a location to pick up your UPS items.

The worst shipping company ever. I don't know why Best Buy has partnered with this company. Everytime I order something from Best Buy I have to go through delivery issues. Their automated telephone system is very inefficient. You can't go pass it and talk to a live agent. So disappointing.
