WOW! There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Charisma Jewelers have been to my husband and myself. While we have worked with with almost everyone there at one point and they’ve all been great, Lisa and Morgan have been the main people we’ve dealt with and we couldn’t be happier. Lisa helped my husband create my custom engagement ring and was so helpful and kind and made the process so easy and stress free. She then was so patient and helpful in helping me create my custom wedding band to go with my ring. My husband worked with Morgan in picking out my wedding day gift and Morgan and Lisa worked together to help him pick out a one year anniversary gift for me as well. All of my pieces are gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of them. Charisma Jewelers have continued to provide wonderful service, a comfortable environment, and fair pricing which has kept us coming back. We recommend them to everyone we know!

Heard great things about this place, and they had a great selection. Today was my first day shopping for an engagement ring, so I had no idea what I wanted or was looking for. Customer service was great at first, and all of a sudden became very stand off ish and edgy. Not the experience I was hoping for, and will not be purchasing my rings from here. Very disappointed
